Is this an error on I-864 downloaded on USCIS website?

Good day guys, please I love to know if the current I-864 form on USCIS website 

is correct ?

 

On the part 5 of the form item 8 where the sponsor is suppose to add up the total number

of dependent, 1 has already been printed there which is suppose to be blank.

 

That part is really confusing because the total no of dependent on the sponsor part is 

more than 1. With 1 already printed there by USCIS, how can one correct that.

 

I have attached the said part of the form.

 

Please does anyone have a link to the correct form that doesn't have the printed number?

I recommend opening the form with Adobe Reader. The form's proper functionality doesn't work otherwise. The contents of 3.29 will be auto-filled in the first field when you use Adobe Reader and everything will add up properly.

However if you want to print it out 

and fill it out with a black pen, how do you edit 

the pre printed 1 on the form?

Just fill out the appropriate boxes and write over the pre-printed number.
