H1B visa question

Hi I want to migrate to the US In the future and had a question do employers in the US interview candidates that are overseas and start the immigration process with them if they like them via there? Or do employers generally prefer to interview candidates in person for H1B?
Also how much easier is it if you're an international student that studies masters then goes the OPT to H1B route?

Depends on the Company and their policies.

 

Logical that is much easier for those on the ground and have OPT and can show their worth.
