I was wondering why this thread was continued, but now it seems the mods did it for whatever reason.

Granted there isnt a need for personal attacks, but in all fairness you have put yourself out there with personal details, and the slagging of your MIL ect.

If I thought that people were going to jump on the bandwagon like this, I'd have kept it to myself. Obviously this board is neither supportive nor does anyone here give a sh!t about anyone except themselves. Also, nobody here knows my MIL and even my husband admits that she is, in fact, nuts. He has cut off contact with her as well.

I've sent a PM to Captain Ewok complaining that this thread was split since I did not request it; I asked for it to be shut down and it has not been, and I don't appreciate the implication that *I* somehow re-started this topic. I certainly will no longer share any personal information on this board and would advise anyone else here to do the same. I think the mods should have used better judgement given some of the posts on the original thread; they should have just let it lie.

when you began your thread about your divorse and coming back to USA alone, everyone, EVERYONE was with you and sympathetic, it was when you began attacking ppl and flaming them and acting like your an angel while we are all the devils that ppl became to go against you. Just bc you had something bad happen in your life does not mean you can come on here and attack everyone else. She has given more than her share of personal attacks, and the more she does attack ppl the more unsympathetic ppl are to her anymore. She has brought it on herself for the words ppl have for her. We have all felt bad about her divorse, but no matter what we say she will continue to be bitter towards everyone for whatever reason. again she brought all of this bitterness on herself from members on VJ.

I am not making excuses for her. Like i said she put herself out there with the personal details and all. Whats that saying, "if you cant stand the heat, get outta the kitchen"

There's a hell of a lot more to it than that. It is not ME who is the problem; he's afraid of change. He's afraid of moving to the United States. We've been in continuous contact since this happened but given people here's reaction, I'm certainly not going to share any more of my personal life with people here. I don't come here to be fcuked in the a$$, and you're a hypocrite for attacking me for "attacking" other people.
