Case transfer from HK TO Manila

So I decided to transfer my mom case to Manila USEM from HK US Embassy. I got an email from HK US Embassy  they say We have received the request form the U.S. Embassy in Manila for transferring Ms._______case records to them and it has been transferred to the U.S. Embassy in Manila electronically on Nov 22, 2021.   Her case is closed in Hong Kong.  Any further inquiry on her case should be made directly with the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines." 

So I been waiting for an email from US Embassy of Manila but we didnt hear anything till now  what is the next step that we have to do and how long should we wait till we hear from them? Any idea guys? Just being impatient she supposed to have her interview last June 24, but we had to cancelled and due to teh quarantine issues  but my mom will be going back to Philippines from Macau next year thats why we moved the case to PHilippines. Pls if there anyone who did the same issue pls share your experience. Thank you for anyone who wants to share experience.

How do I edit the info of the DS260 and do they update the CEAC status after the case was transferred? extra question pls everytime I tried to schedule an interview it always say no schedule currently available. I been trying every single day but no luck. Everytime I email USEM they have the same answer like the IR5 visa class is available to schedule  online blah blah...so frustrating...pls anyone can answer ??

 

Options to update DS-260 already submitted --

1. Contact NVC to request for the DS-260 to be unlocked, so your mom can edit and re-submit it.
2. Update the passport number at the embassy on the day of her visa interview.  Your mom may make the DS-260 update request to the embassy staff handling the document screening step prior to her interview with the consul officer.

Thank you I called and its in the process now to reopen DS260 current status escalated and I  finally got the interview slot just now so my mother will have her interview May 23@7:30 am Thank God!
