Hi all,

What to mention in annual income?

I mean total or after tax Income?

I have EMI  for house also.

Which documents should i need to show in I 864?

Wait for reply.

I suggest that you thoroughly read and study form I-864 and its instructions, and then follow exactly what is requested, for information and supporting documents.  Part 6, line 20 asks for your current annual income.  Part 6, line 24 asks for three prior years' income, from IRS tax return transcripts, which is total income (form 1040) or AGI (if you filed form 1040EZ).  If you were self-employed, follow the instructions carefully.  If you are struggling to understand the form, instructions, and what is required, I suggest that you consult with a good tax accountant or US immigration attorney for assistance.  Good luck!
