Hello everyone,

IRS doesn't have my husband tax transcript for 2020 cause they didn't review his taxes yet (that he submitted on may2021).

My question is, at the moment of the interview if IRS hasn't provide me the tax transcript yet, can I show up regardless or should I have to push back my interview date?

I hope to get an interview date in few months and it doesn't look like IRS is moving forward with the whole taxes situation.

Anyone with the same experience?

don't miss the interview or try to reschedule

get copy of his 1040 and all W2's and a statement of employment from his employer saying hire date,  still working and wages

Of course you were married in 2020 so you should be included as either MFJ or he MFS
