Updating mailing address for petitioner

I'm going around and around on the address site.

The petitioner and I live together but ups is now no longer sending mail to NZ which means we are updating his mailing address ONLY to his parents.

But the site keeps asking for a state for our current address. Which there isn't one because we aren't stateside yet.

I can't get through to an agent. Any ideas?

Say "lost receipt" or "no receipt number" or "InfoPass".

Or chat with Emma on the USCIS website and type "talk to representative".

I've tried all of the above and then got disconnected once I got a person 🙃🙃
