So it looks like a total of $745.00 for all the forms PLUS the biometrics fee if I file right away. Otherwise it goes up to $1,010.00 as of July 30. Do I write separate checks for each fee?

Write a seperate check for each form, but you can include the $70 biometrics fee in the I-485 application check.
