Hi there! Hoping someone can guide me for the below:

I'm currently in the US on a K1 Visa, and will be getting married next week and plan to submit my AOS Package afterwards. I already did my medical exam for my K1 visa in my home country, and I know that in my case, I won't need to undergo a new medical exam since I will be filing my I-485 within one year of my overseas medical exam.

However, in my vaccination record (DS-3025) that was originally part of my K1 Package, the panel physician included a blanket waiver for three of my vaccines: Tdap & Varicella Booster both were marked "Insufficient time interval to complete series", and the Flu Shot as "Flu vaccine not available" since it was not flu season during the time of my medical exam. In the results section, it says "K Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements" as well.

Does this mean I still need to get these remaining vaccines before I submit my AOS application? If so, will I need a civil surgeon to only fill out the vaccination assessment section in the I-693 form?

OR do I just submit a copy of my current DS-3025 form in my AOS package as is?

Thanks in advance!

No. It says you completed the vaccination requirements and that’s all that matters, you don’t need to worry about it. Just for your own health, do get the vaccines when the times comes. I also had the “insufficient time interval” for Tdap and I’m planning to get it in due time.

It’s recommended to submit the copy with your application.
