Health Case Inquiry For Repeat Medical Examination

Has anyone heard of the health case inquiry for repeat medical examination at St.  Luke's?  It seems like this is needed first before you can proceed setting up your medical examination.  I cannot find anything from their website for additional information on what is being done on health case inquiry and how long will it take.

hello.  my daughter is in the same boat.  anyone experience that???  please help us how to proceed. i have been emailing St Luke everyday to follow up my daughter case and they keep saying to check the website.  it's been almost 2 months and the case is still not approve.
