We cannot find your case

I still haven't received my NOA letter and my case number (received by text - SRC#) is not found on uscis website case status page.

Does anyone know how long it takes before this issue gets resolved online and how long it takes to receive the letter?

In comparing with other filers (sep and aug), it seems like I should have received the letter by now. And that I should at least be able to view my case online until I receive it.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

It's barely been a couple of days since the check was cashed.  It can take up to a month, so I'd relax for a bit.  Absolutely nothing is fast about immigration, especially in Houston!

Okay, thanks. I was inquiring because almost all of the SCR assigned cases from other filers show that they have received their NOA letter within 3 to 4 business days after having received their text/email confirmation from uscis which is not the case for me.

Not sure if the letter has to be issued/sent by mail in order for the case number I received by text to be recognized as a valid number when I check the status of my case online.
