Gaby&Talbert,

Notify the NVC using the choice of agent and address form that the NVC will send out.

Yodrak

Has anyone notified the NVC that you chose to get the K3 visa and that you were not pursuing the CR1 from the approved I-130?

We already sent the choice of agent form to the NVC before we got our appointment for the K3

Has any K3 recipients out there contacted the NVC after getting their K3 because the CR1 had gotten to the NVC?

I have just sent in my AOS application, I am just waiting for my NOA1 to arrive then I will notify NVC that I am

abandoning the CR1 route as I am already living in the USA.
