RFIE, Tax and Household

Hello everyone,

Quick questions please 

 

- I received a RFIE because my wife don't win enough so we find a join sponsor. I know I have to send a new I864 but which document I really need to add (W2 and Tax return?) and only the last year or I add the three last years for all the documents?
 

- Second question about the household, when they say someone need to win 125 more, for someone who live with his parents but he have tax as depend that count as one or that count all the family too?

The requirements are the same for sponsor or joint sponsor. So everything that you sent for the sponsor, you have to send for the joint sponsor.

 

The instructions will guide you on how to calculate the household size. If your joint sponsor has any dependents on their tax return, they must be included in the household size.
