Any experience with interviews in Auckland?

Hi,

 

Did anybody in Auckland experienced getting interview for the F4 (Family based) visa?  My family of 4 has already been DQ'd since 17th February 2025.  What could be the timeframe for getting the interview letter?  Cheers!

Hi guys, I have received my interview confirmation email from NVC , my interview will be in early June 2025 in Auckland US consulate. The next step is to complete medical exam at citymed. However the citymed advised me that the medical form on the https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/ACK-Auckland.html#medical_exam_instructions is not completed. It should be approx 16 pages long. Citymed did not proceed my medical examination booking until I have the completed form. They said the medical form on the website is only the front page. 

I have been contacting Auckland US consulate but no response until now. Does anyone have any idea or having the form? Much appreciated for your help.

Sure Citymed will give you the form? It’s nothing to do with the consulate, and unlikely they’ll be able to help. Any paperwork that needs to be complete prior to the medical should be provided by the medical company so I’d go back to them and ask them to send you a copy.

Sorry, I missed your response above. Were you born in NZ? Or another country?

Hi @appleblossom - I was born in the Philippines and then moved to NZ.  I'm already a NZ citizen.

OK, so your case isn’t current yet. The date for the Philippines in this month’s bulletin is 1st January 2005, so probably another 3-5 years to go.

Thanks Appleblossom, I have contacted the citymed multiple times and finally they have booked my medical appointments. I think the staff there are confusing. 

NVC also confirmed there is no other medical form needs .
