What does adjudicated mean?

When your timeline says , "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between February 15, 2022 and February 19, 2022*." what does this actually mean?  Does it mean that is that probably date that your petition will be approved by the NVC, or is that when you can schedule the interview?  Just trying to get a solid estimate of the timeline I'm looking at.

This is Visa Journey's estimate of when you will receive your NOA-2.  I would check the USCIS case processing times by form, even though that bounces around also.  If your NOA-1 date is prior to the date displayed on the USCIS case processing time, then put in a "case outside of normal processing time" request.  Unfortunately, nothing is concrete as far as processing time until you receive your NOA-2.

Yes it just means the estimate of when USCIS will approve your petition

Not necessarily,  could be a denial or they could issue an RFE.

YMMV
