Hopefully to receive the NOA2 within the next 30 days but due to the work overload (the 6 working days a week) we wanna get ready all the related documents from now so to avoid the odds. kindly share your experience regarding the responsibilities of the petitioner just before or after the NOA2 . Like what type of document should I prepare and what to be done with those documents? Thank you in Advance.

DOS/USCIS does not work 6 days per week.

There is really no point in getting anything ready at this time.  Once you have an approved petition, and it leaves NVC for the consulate, the petitioner will receive further instructions.  Will likely be many months from now.

If you ever lived and/or worked for 6 months or longer and are no longer there,   get  a criminal report from that country

and read the above guides to know the steps for K1

petition is dated January of 21 so don't expect NOA2 that soon

Not required for the petitioner.

just mention the documents to be prepared after getting an approved noa2.

It is based on consulate.  They will inform you of what is needed, and you'll have plenty of time to collect them.

If you really want to, you can download your federal tax transcripts x 3 years.
