We are about to file N400 online every thing is done but I just noticed in download PDF file to recheck that:

Part 12 Additional Information About You;

Question 13 (A, B and C) are not check box (It's empty), and I went back on my N400 online application it's not appear for "Yes"/"No" any more!

Please advice?

Happens. Forget about it.

Because of your age / DOB, the system filtered some questions as they did not pertain to you. As such, when you filled the application, those questions did not show up. However, when you printed the PDF, they come back...

HINT: Read the question carefully. You will understand the above...eg..you were born in 1990 but the question talks about Vietnam War. Of course you couldn't have been around at that time. So since you had entered you DOB way upfront, this question was filtered out..

Understood?

Remember, this form is all inclusive i.e for people of all ages. So if you file online, depending on DOB, the system automatically filters some questions and you won't answer them. The only way to answer ALL those questions is if you download and manually fill the paper (of course, system doesn't know your DOB/ age at that point hence you get to answer all the questions in that form).

Online filing is the best.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
