Marriage to a Dominican citizen

Hi, is the information I wrote right? I will get married to a Dominican citizen in his country. I’m so confused and just now beginning this process 
 

• Get copy of birth certificate (58.50) vitalchek 
• Get birth certificate apostille (mail in it’s $5.00)
• Get birth certificate translated (thespanishgroup.com) $24.99
• Go to county clerk and get statement called ‘single status affidavit’
• Get the single status affidavit legalized by Dominican Consulate in U.S

Yes from what I remember reading, those look like the requirements. I ended up deciding to petition with the K1 visa though. Congrats on your upcoming wedding!
