My Children immigrated last week.  During inspection with CBP, they stated that their medical was not included in the paperwork sent by Jamaica Embassy, and that I would have to do their medical over again in order for GC and SSN to be issued.

I have emailed the embassy and waiting on a response.  Has anyone else had this issue.

Adding Information just in case you have the same problem.  I will have to complete I-693 for both children and schedule another appointment with CBP for a 2nd Inspection in order to get GC and SSN.  So I have been given 90 days to complete it.

Still no word from Jamaica Embassy

Finally heard back from Jamaica Embassy, they emailed CBP instructions on how to retrieve medical reports.  CBP now has everything, so now I only have to come for 2nd inspection interview.
