I-751 filed August 2019, Still waiting on appointment.

Conditional resident status expired April, 30 ( 18 months after ROC filed)

My Spouses NC drivers license expired April 30

We contacted USCIS  April 21st. Hoping to set up an appointment at the Charlotte field office so we could get another extension while waiting on Green Card. They told us we would receive a call within 14 days.

They called April 27th, My Wife answered the call, they disconnected the call, within 5 minutes we received an email saying they attempted the call, and there were no appointments available in the field office.

April 28th We called again, the agent told my Wife she would receive a call within 5 days,  she never received a call.

May 10, My Wife called again, the agent told her she would receive a call within 14 days.

USCIS doesn't consider being without a drivers license important.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get an appointment?

Unfortunately I think your only option is to keep calling.  You may want to try connecting with a Tier 2, not sure that will help, but you need to keep bugging them to get your wife’s i551 stamp.
