NVC letter or email?

Quick question:

We received an email from NVC (with our details), but aren't we meant to receive an official welcome letter aswell?

NVC uses postal ONLY when it is the only way they can communicate.   If they have your email,  that's how they will notify

So when it comes to documents a copy of the email will suffice?
