I have no idea what happened, I will be thankful if someone could help me here. So Im on a K1 visa and we got married so we filled out all the AOS forms and sent them through the United States Post Service (USPS) on "priority mail" on April 3rd...We sent it to the Chicago PO box. Its been 10 days and we dont know what happened. I know this is not a question about the adjustment of status exactly but we dont have any answers. The status kept saying "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility". We even went to the post office and they just have no clue on why there are no updates and say we should wait a month and if nothing happens we get a refound. But that doesnt solve the problem because with no current status we dont know if the package is either lost or its sitting somewhere and will be delivered eventually. We checked online and found many people having problems with this company and its service. We made a complaint and they answered saying we could fill out a misssing mail form online, which we already did, or that  maybe it was delivered but they never scanned it. In that case we have no way to know, and we cant call USCIS to ask them if they got the package because they wont answer the phone and its a very silly question. The only way to find out it got there is just waiting for the Noa 1 just in case, but the NOA 1 is taking forever. If it never got there then its a waste of time.  We dont know what to do, we are considering sending a totally new package through fedex but if there is a chance they got our package then a second application would make it confusing. Has anyone experienced the same problem or have any advice on what to do? thank you!

Maybe you can ask Emma on the USCIS website. Ask for a live agent and it will transfer you to a live person. They will ask for your Alien number to see if a case has been entered into the system. If it hasn't you can explain the situation and ask what you should do.

Good luck! I mailed my package March 17th and still haven't heard anything, but I at least got a confirmation that it was delivered to the lockbox.
