Notice Was Returned To USCIS - But I can't find out what notice.

My I-485 status was updated today to show: 

April 6, 2021 Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It

September 3, 2020 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

August 17, 2020 We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

 

It's been 232 days since Last Status change. I spoke with I guess a Tier 1 officer and also chatted with one, and both told me it WAS NOT a biometrics appointment, and WAS NOT a Request for Evidence. Unfortunately they could not tell me what it was. I did request to speak with a Tier 2 officer but they but me on a call back list and said it would be 14 days.

 

Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any idea what they could be sending me? I did file I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131 together back in Aug 2020. 

 

I didn't receive any mail or notification from USPS that they were trying to deliver anything. There's was someone at the house all day yesterday. 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

They only post updates to a case file that are associated with that application.   I485 will only update with i485 notices and NOT i130, i131 or i765 notices.  After biometrics appointment notice,  the next mailed notice is the scheduled interview.

Thank you. Since it can only be for the I-485, and I know it's not the biometrics appointment or a RFE, what else could they be sending?
