Hi,

 

Have you lived anywhere other than this address since the age of sixteen? (Date DAD turned sixteen: 01-Oct-1970) 

In answer to this question we do not remember the exact dates/months but yes the years are ok. Also dad was in greece in 1974/1975 and 1970-1973 in Pakistan so do we need police clearance from those places too?? we do not have anything to prove these visits so will that be required?

Do as best you can for dates.  Nothing needs be proved.
