I now have my SSN which I applied for separately at our local office. Thing is, I never expected it to arrive so soon after reading all the delay stories these past months with SSA, so when I filled out and sent my i765, I ticked yes on the part asking if I want an SSN through EAD. Will this cause any issues or delays on my EAD/AOS?

i have to note too that I applied at SSA with my maiden name even if I am already married. So my socials card has my maiden name on it. Will USCIS issue a replacement card bearing my married name?

USCIS does not issue SSN  cards

YMMV

Right. Will SSA, via i765, issue a replacement card bearing my married name?

The box on the i765 is for the initial issuance of an SSN,  not to update it.

YMMV
