I am in the process filing out my wife's AOS application. My wife only holds a Vietnamese High School diploma. Regarding the educational portion on the I-944, does she need an equivalency of this diploma? I saw a similar thread, link below, which some user says only have the diploma translated and it should be good. Any Vietnamese filers here that has similar situation? In addition, since she is still in her 20s, she does not have any asset nor debt when she comes to the US. How would we prove that she is not a burden on the sociality?
