I was being patient as I know the post has been crazy, but applied for my removal of conditions over a month ago and haven't' received anything. Fed Ex states it was delivered in Phoenix on Jan 15th.

I haven't received any NOA in the mail, nor has the check been cashed. I forgot to fill out the  Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance (darn!).

Is there anyway to contact USCIS to see if they have received it? I had recently updated my address and I am concerned something went wrong (though I have forwarding mail set up)

Thanks everyone

Did you send it via a method which has a tracking number?

@Lucky Cat Do you mean the mailing side? It was tracked and delivered.

I didn't fill out the Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance.

OK.  Then, there is no need to worry since it was delivered.  USCIS is slow in getting out the extension letters.   If you call USCIS, ask for technical assistant at each prompt.  That will connect you to a human.

@Lucky Cat thank you for the tip! I will try calling today. I figured they're (always haha) backed up. I also found this "the receipt notice typically arrives 4 to 6 weeks after filing" on Citizen Path so I guess perhaps this is normal, but I'd like to double check anyway.

I saw on another forum there was a non-receival of notice form you can fill out. (https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init) so I guess I will explore all avenue!
