How long can a New Zealander be expected to wait while our application is at the NVC??

How long can a New Zealander be expected to wait while our application is at the NVC before it goes to the New Zealand consulate? 

 

Application currently at California Service Center.

Hate to say this,  but you wait as long as it takes.  

 

My Noa1 is June 5th 2019.  Still waiting

But it's around 2 months pre covid times.  Nz is pretty onto it however

That seems unusual yours has taken so long, a lot of people have been accepted before you 🤔

Oh it's not out case was transferred to vermont,  so it's a waiting game.

 

But as I said pre covid days it was approximately 2 months at nvc.  The auckland consulate is really good so not much waiting time after nvc

Then there is something iffy in the petitioner's background.....     not a normal step in this process.

Ours was just a couple of weeks in 2018.

I am aware they think there is something iffy,  as I said now a waiting game
