Hey Everyone there,

At USCIS stage, we got RFE regarding our Bonafide marriage proofs. And we sent many proofs like:

1. Sworn In Statement by 6 people who attended our wedding.

2. Honeymoon pics and air travel tickets and boarding pass.

3. Hotel receipts where we stayed together. Those receipts have both our names on it.

4. Ring receipt that my husband gifted me.

5. Western Union receipt ...

Now, my question is: my interview is in this month. Do I need to worry about 221g regarding bonafide marriage proofs??

My second question is.. Whatever we submit USCIS, do embassy have access to all those documents and proofs??

My third question is.. I have completed my 2 years of marriage but my category didnt change from cr1 to Ir1. Should I email embassy about it??

Thanks for reading this. Hope to hear helpful replies.

1.  Nobody can predict

2.  Yes, they can see the entire submission

3.  It's automatic,  nothing to worry about

YMMV
