Are these processing times in USCIS website accurate because if it is this could be insane

I already submitted the i485 6 months ago and in the processing time it says they still working on September 2018 !! Which means still gonna wait 2 years more ! And if it is accurate how i see people here their processing time from like 6 to 10 months ?

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/more-info "The first number is the time it takes to complete 50% of cases (the median). The second number is the time it takes to complete 93% of cases."

My pending I-485 case is even worse than the range listed for my Field Office (San Francisco) since my Receipt date is 12/6/2017. I've contacted the Ombudsman office and they said they'll contact USCIS about my case.

I would say they are more of a guideline. Everyone’s case is different as well. Think of how many people get RFEs for stupid things. That holds the line up for everyone else because that application gets looked at more than once. The lengthy wait times are a drawback of adjusting status.
