My wife is currently awaiting her interview (coming up in a few weeks) and has a valid AP/EAD. We’re thinking about visiting Canada (her home country) for a little while and want to make sure that using AP during COVID hasn’t been an issue. Although most Canadians can’t enter the US by land, I assume this does not apply to people with AP? Do we have anything to worry about or is it business as usual with AP?

Thanks

I’m not sure I follow why this should be the case? The restriction is to do with Covid and non essential travel, why would AP be an exemption? (Not sure if I missed something in the rules?)
