Hello Everyone,

I submitted my N-400 on Jan, 2020 and still haven't got anything. When I put my case number, it says 'Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS'

I didn't include my tax returns while filing for N-400 online since it didn't ask for it. Could that be the problem? I filed under 5 years rule and submitted Divorce Decree, copy of Green card front and back side. My field office is in Houston.

If you filed online, you can add any documents to your application. I also filed late January. Completed my biometrcis in February before lockdown, then waited and there was nothing. Was supposed to be done in September (completion date) but that went away. May have been a coincidence, but 3 days after I decided to add some financial documents to my application online, I finally got my interview notice. My thinking was maybe adding something may trigger like "a bump" in forums and ring a bell there. It may of course have been totally coincidental. It shouldn't be a problem that you didn't submit the 5 year taxes, but if you have them, it shouldn't hurt to add them.

Thank you for your suggestion. Did you add 5 years taxes directly from IRS website?

You can add that or the 1040s and W2s. Although I think the recommended is the tax transcripts from IRS.gov. Problem is that it is possible that they )IRS) haven't entered the info for 2019 in their system yet. 1040 and W2(s) should work.

I didn't submit any financial docs when I filed online. They didn't require that I upload. Not sure if I should now.

I got the 5 years tax transcript from IRS and I'll take them with me along with W2s now just incase.
