Hello guys, I have sent ds 260 online. How long does the system take to allow me to attact the civil documents?

There should be a tab for documents. If there's none, check your case here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV because you might need to send your documents by mail/email.

Did you verify if you can submit documents via CEAC? In some cases, you need to mail by post or send by email. Please see my reply above with the link.

I suggest you call NVC and quote your case number. They can connect you to their IT team.

Ok. The link I provided above, where you can check your case, should have also said that.

Oh. Well good thing you called NVC. There really are some gaps within the process. But glad you got it sorted out. Good luck! :)
