Good evening everyone hope you and your family are save in these tough and rough times.I traveled to Morroco last yea rand got married on paper there.I was going the lady over here until I learned her true intentions. She married me for money.I want to know how can I get a divorce since I am in USA 🇺🇸 and citizen and she is in another country. She is Morrocan but left for Egypt.I want to end this trial as soon as possible so I can move on with my life and and marry someone who is a good person. She is not trying to cooperate as she sees me as a cash cow.So she said she is not sending divorce papers.Any and all help will be appreciated may God bless.

If you are unable to serve the person in Morocco with divorce papers, your state is likely to allow you to serve by publication after showing you have tried to serve your spouse and have been unable to serve them. From what I know you need to seek a court order to do this. You basically publish it in a newspaper (specific ones that do public notices) for a certain number of weeks and if there is no reply during that time then you can get divorce entered by default.

This isn't DIY as aaron2020 says. At the very least seek out a family law clinic for more help. It is 100% doable but it just takes some extra steps.

Ok will you know where I can any more info I can get on this ?

In which US state are you in? Follow your state's divorce law. You should still be able to do "service of process" to your wife while she is abroad.
