When my joint sponsor filled the affidavit of support in April 2020 they mistakenly put the income from 2019 tax return in "current income". It was about 5000 less than the poverty guidelines. Their current income was more than the poverty guidelines but they thought they have to write income from 2019 tax return. NVC accepted the documents in April 2020. Should I contact NVC and let them know about this mistake? We are planning to upload a new AOS for joint sponsor in January with 2020 tax return and updated current income which will be higher than poverty guidelines anyway. Do I need to contact nvc about joint sponsors mistake on AOS NVC already accepted or just let it go and provide the updated AOS and correct current income on that (which will be, again, higher than poverty guidelines) in January. Please advise thank you.

Redo the I-864 correctly and replace the incorrect one.  Be sure to upload a copy of the pay stub you use to calculate the true current income.
