I got a text and email today that they scheduled my interview already. I am now listing down evidences I need to bring in. My question is, me and my husband live with his parents at the moment. We don’t have any rent/lease agreement. We do pay them rent every month. How do we prove that we live in the same house? I read about making a “rent agreement/affidavit” but the concern is, will his parents have to put “money from rent” as an added income when filing their taxes? Sorry, I just don’t have any idea, but that could be a concern, having an issue with IRS. Thanks!

His parents can write a sworn statement of residence for you, stating you reside with them.
