This thread is for all those waiting for transfer from NVC to MNL. By now i am sure you have read about the goods news from one of our MNL  members having their files transferred from NVC to MNL just two days ago. Theirs has been stuck at NVC since April 30 of this year and is now In Transit to MNL.  I would appreciate if you could post here future movements of NVC to MNL files. Mine is stuck at NVC since July.

I'm not from the Philippines but was his/her file transferred to the embassy as a green card holder?  did he expedite? thanks

Your profile says you're pursuing K1.  LPR cannot petition for K1.  This thread would probably get more attention in the Philippines sub-forum.
