NVC - UI / website question

I have submitted all my AoS docs, DS-260 and civil docs.  However, I did not get any message stating that my documentation is under review, nor does the website indicate that there is no more action left on me.  Is this typical, or is there some status somewhere on the website that says "under review" or something like that?

My dad submitted his AOS form on Thursday 3rd Dec 2020 and proof (documents) and there is a clear message that forms have been submitted. I completed form DS-260 and I printed completion and I also received email confirmation that my DS-260 has been submitted. I am in the process of completing my civil documents.

thanks; I did get a message after my AoS and DS-260 were submitted.  But after submitting civil docs, I received no message which I find a bit odd.  Let me know how it goes after you submit your civil docs

Submitted Civil documents today. System shows submitted. That's all. Even for AOS documents, we did not get any message. Status shows as Submitted.

FYI, I didn't get any type of email after submitting civil documents. But the status of documents show as "Submitted".

We also didn't receive a confirmation email for AOS or civil documents submission. We did get an email for DS-260, as this confirmation with a bar code is needed at the embassy when we interview.
