submitted inquiry through Emma

we filed i130 at Oct 24/2019 few days ago we submit online inquiry through Emma live representative they gave us 30 business days for respond what should we expect?

You will receive an email with a reply to your inquiry in 30 days or so. If not, you can make another inquiry after those 30 days.

Hi, 

 

How did you submit an inquiry through Emma? Every time I try to contact with representative I'm getting the same automatic reply.  Also, when I try to submit by myself system saying 'my case still in processing times' which is wrong. It has been 14 months and Texas service center currently processing May, 2020 cases.

That helped  I guess words really matter when talking with Emma. 

 

It seems they transferred my case to Vermont from TX although representative saying the case still in TX . Over 14 month and still counting..
