Has anyone received an update on when K1 cases will get transferred to the consulate any time soon? We haven’t gotten new dates since Nov 16th and I’m quickly losing hope again. I really hope they do K1 and CR1s in January and not just CR1. Any ideas?

Hi. I see nobody messaged you just yet so thought I’d respond.  Are you part of this group on the Facebook? There appears to be more K1 discussion going on over there than here at this moment in time.  That being said, November was K1, December CR1/IR1 and we don’t know yet what will happen come January....

Yes, I’m already in this group but I thought I’d ask here as well in case there’s anyone on VJ that’s not on the Facebook group who’s heard anything. I hope we hear soon about what they’re planning for January. I’m hoping they go back to how they did it pre-Covid doing both spousal and fiancé
