Hi family!

CR1 Waiver has been approved,  I want someone to educate me on what documents the embassy will require from me apart from medical reports, criminal records and passport.

Thanks.

Within 1 week you will get email from embassy and give you the instructions, what you need to do is follow the instructions, May be they will ask for redo medical, court documents or court transcripts. Then you will be in Administrative Processing and then you need to long wait for finish their Processing after that you will get again email instruction if they need anything else from you. It will be more than 6 months to finish their process. If it's more than a year after your 1st interview and if they are happy then the embassy will send you email for re-oath and visa.

After my 601 was approved in January 2020, everything went silent for 8 months till September when I sent an inquiry and they responded with a request for new medical, 2-pp photos, update DS-260 and police fingerprint certificate. A second email requested for a passport. They went silent for another one month till Nov when I was rescheduled for a re-oath on 24 which I attended. On 11/25 case changed to “Ready”. On 11/27 case Changed to “Issued”. Now waiting for my visa at my selected location. I hope this helps.
