So I got Our  aproval in July. All this time the Guatemala consulte had been closed.

our aproval expired next week.

I contacted The us embassy asking when will the resume interviews

they didn’t respond to that precisely but said they haven’t received the aproval from the NVC

i called the NVC and said guatemala has to request it .... is this correct,?????

But us embassy in guatemala says “they need to send it” like!!??!

what is happening idk what to do honestly I’m so worried that the paperwork is stuck I mean What to I do now??

Your case is still at NVC, it is not in Guatemala. The approval will be extended automatically. There is nothing you can do at this time.

The NVC has not been batching approved petitions to consulates which are not interviewing for/processing K-1s.

Hello!

Looks like your case is still with NVC.

If your Embassy is not processing/having interviews for K1 yet, you have to contact the NVC for any doubt you may have.

Best of luck!
