My N-400 is currently pending, and I just moved to another state. I filed my application by mail. My understanding is that I need to file form AR-11. I navigate to the online form where it says "before you file a change of address form, consider the following conditions". One of the conditions is having a myUSCIS account, which I do have. I logged into the myUSCIS account, navigated to the profile page, but it will only let my change my phone number. Won't let me update my address. Anybody know why this might be? Should I just go ahead and submit form AR-11?

If you can't do it online, do it by mail, as simple as that. It might take a while for your form to arrive to the USCIS office, but I don't think it's big of a deal for updating your address a few days later than the stipulated limit.

To clarify, I can submit the AR-11 online, but it just won't let me update my address in myUSCIS. I wonder if submitting the AR-11 form online will automatically lead to them changing my address in myUSCIS?

AR-11 is what matters. I'm not entirely sure about the other address.

I did the same thing 2 days ago,I filled my n400 online but I couldn’t change the address on my account ,it only allows me to change the phone number but I did filed the AR 11 and surprisingly the next day I saw the case transfer status to a new office and the case completion  time went from 12 months to 2 months!!!

Your other post states that you are transferring from Seattle.  Given Seattle's reputation and processing times, you lucked out by moving.

Finally done.
