Hello guys

I need your advice please if anyone have been through these processes before 

my I130 got approved and I have court master hearing July 2021. The attorney submitted adjustment of status to USCIS and also submitted Motion of termination to the court 

But I am not sure if what the attorney did is correct or the best option or not 

The attorney said that the motion of termination maybe gonna take up to two months to get respond or maybe never until the next master hearing 

so if i got no response in two months do I have to wait until the next master hearing and I have i130 approved or there is other options i can do ?
