It took us 2 months to get that status!!

We filed back in January 2020 an by March 2020, we had that status.

Yesterday (11/07/2020) we got the NOA1 receipt notice for the EAD renewal.  The letter from NBC confirming they have the same case and are processing it.  Then, a third letter from USCIS acknowledging that we do not need a second biometrics and they will be using the one taken last year.   FYI, no receipt number for AP.  We are thinking they are the combo card, thus, they didn't issue two receipt notices.  Asking around to see what's up.

I’m going to bring any and everything I can honestly. I also am encouraging my husband, he’s the beneficiary, to do anything medical since we think his is about 2 years old

I am bringing everything too.  I won’t submit a new affidavit but I will add whatever  is new, so new pay stubs for me, employment verification letter, and for hin too because he is working now. Then, anything that shows both of our names on it.
