Hello, we are completing the the ead application to renew, and im unsure how to answer question 25 which asks "Your Current Immigration Status or Category...".   Would i write, k1 or k1 overstay with pending adjustment application or something different?

Also, for question 30a to 30g, do i leave them blank or unchecked, as it states to answer them if c8 was the eligibility criteria entered in question 27. My category is c9.  It seems obvious i should just not answer them and leave those unchecked, but i hate leaving questions on these applications blank or boxes unchecked 😕

"No status"

Although you currently don't have a status the pending I-485 means you are in a period of stay authorized by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

Leave them blank. Those questions are for Asylum-based applicants: https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/information-for-employers-and-employees/employer-information/employment-authorization

So you filed marriage-based AOS and now about to renew EAD?

My lawyer prepared EAD renewal for me.

For current immigration status or category, he wrote Pending Adjustment of Status
