Form i944 declaration of self sufficiency

Hey Everyone, I’m here again lol. We submitted our i485 September 2019 with just my wife and I on the affidavit of support. We have a child now, so we need to submit  a new affidavit of support to include our baby during AOS interview. My question:

1. Do we have to fill the i944 declaration of self sufficiency?

2. I’ve been working full time for over 7 months now, can we add my income for the household income for the new affidavit of support?

No, because you filed I-485 before Feb. 24, 2020.

Yes. You can also fill out your own I-864A per that form's instructions: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-864ainstr-pc.pdf "How Can the Intending Immigrant Be Considered a Household Member?"

Your spouse would still fill out I-864.
