Hi,

 

Once the application is filled and i reach the attaching section i see that the options are very limited for the documents which are asked. I want to know

1)Where will i attach parents birth certificates?

2) my mother's name does not appear on my birth certificate so i got another document from pakistan embassy which states the family tree n all family members now where do i attach that?

3) should i still attach affadavits from my uncles n aunts who were present at my birth?

4) any other documents are needed except the ones asked on the online form

Hi. You can attach them to "others." Including school records showing them as your parents would be good too.
