Hi 

In i-130 when the question arises "was your beneficiary (Parent)ever in the USA."

 

My parents are in dubai and i am filing i-130 but they did visit usa in the past so how will this question be answered and the next page where they ask for visa category, i-94 etc

 

Plz help

Read the questions. If your parents have ever been to the US, the answer is "yes". The next few questions only need to be completed if they are CURRENTLY in the US.

You are overthinking it. The question is very simple. Yes, they have been in the US. No, they currently are not in the US, so the following questions do not apply.
