Adding evidence to existing NVC expedite request

Hi All, 

wondering if anyone has any experience with adding circumstances to an NVC expedite request? We requested our expedite with the London Embassy on July 21st, received confirmation that it was being reviewed on August 5th, and haven't heard anything since. (For reference we were DQ'd June 16th) I know most people get a response in around two weeks?

 

Since we submitted the request, we have had additional circumstances arise that we would like to be considered and have drafted an additional request letter. What is the best way to submit this? Should we reply to the email we got saying our case was being reviewed, or just send a fresh email? Do we have to wait for a denial (should one come through?) or can we send it now?

Send it now.......to the email you received...unless it was a "no reply" email.

The response about the case being "under review" was from NVCexpedite@state.gov so we will respond to that and keep everything in the same email chain
